Typical turnaround time is 10 business days, including shipping. Custom orders can be arranged.
Where can I find your products in-store?
Our soaps, butters and balms are currently available in our gift shop located at 401 SW 9th Street in Newport, Oregon, and at Newport Bay Candle Company.
If you're so eco-friendly, why do your soaps come wrapped in plastic?
The wrap we use is fully biodegradable. These clear films allow in-store customers to see our beautiful designs, but guarantee a product that's sterile and still smells great by the time it gets used!

do you use harsh chemicals in your products?
No, our family is committed to minimizing the negative impact our products have on the environment and on people's health. Our soaps, butters and balms are sulfate-, paraben-, and phthalate-free. The palm oil we use is sustainably sourced, and our propylene glycol is vegetable-derived.
i don't see what i want. can i place a special order?

WHY DOES my soap look different FROM the pictures on your website?
Our products are handmade and have their own unique beauty. Minor variations in color and shape between batches is normal. (That being said, if you're not happy, check out our Return Policy.)
